Our company all started with one man and his passion. Delton Brown Sr. passed his passion on to his children, grandchildren, and generations to come. He was a school trained clock maker and was accredited as a CW21 by the American Watch and Clock Institute (AWCI). He started our company in 1978. Brown’s Family Clock Shop is just what it says it is- a family clock shop. Delton Brown Jr. (second generation) has carried on the family business with over 40 years of experience. He is joined by his youngest daughter, Sarah Dosch (third generation). We highly value customer service and honest repair and servicing. We know and understand how special and valuable your clock is to you and we want to bring it back to life for you.

Delton Brown Jr. now has the privelege of teaching his grandchildren (fourth generation) the care and precision of repairing other family's heirlooms that will be passed on for the next generation to appreciate.

Service Calls
When you schedule a clock service call with us, our friendly horologist will arrive at your home ready to assist you. We will carefully examine your clock, listen for any unusual noises, and check the mechanism for signs of wear or damage. After diagnosing the issue, we will explain the necessary repairs and give an estimate at that time. Brown's Family does all they can in the home to service your clock however if further repairs are needed and approved, we will transport your clock back to our shop and complete the full repair.Once the work is complete, we’ll ensure your clock is functioning properly and set to the correct time, leaving you with a reliable timepiece you can trust.
